JACK'S BIO
- I’m Jack Etheridge - an Eagle Scout, a scientist, a pilot, and an adventurer!
- I’m all about freedom, faith, family and fun – not necessarily in that order.
- A Columbus resident for over 36 years, I am active in church and policy organizations.
- I was elected to the Ohio Republican State Central Committee in 2018 and re-elected in 2020. I am seeking RE-ELECTION for 2024.
- A former member of the Republican National Glee Club, I have attended nearly every RNC Convention since 1992.
- Elected to the Franklin County Republican Central Committee since 1994, I have served on many screening committees, have helped numerous candidates and am the winner of the prestigious Caldwell Committeeman of the Year award.
- I am committed to conservative principle, the Constitution and the rule of law.
JACK'S CAREER
A scientist by training and interest, I am a graduate of Virginia Tech and have performed research work for many years.
Currently, I am a Vice President at Organic Technologies, a supplier of high purity omega-3 fatty acids, other food and nutritional ingredients as well as valuable molecules for products as diverse as anti-cancer drugs, cosmetics, advanced lubricants and new generation polymers.
I have held positions in Research & Development, Operations, Sales and other management roles.
I have worked personally on Nobel prize winning chemistry and also with some of the world’s leading chemistry and biotechnology companies.
JACK'S COMMUNITY & INTERESTS
- Serves on the Board of the Columbus chapter of the Federalist Society
- Served as a member of the University Area Commission
- Long time member of the American Chemical Society
- As a pilot, has flown all over the great state of Ohio
- As a legal hobbyist, has attended seven oral arguments at the United States Supreme Court
